A Bit About WOW! Organic Box Scheme Since WOW! Café opened in Jan 2006, it has earned a reputation for being a little different. So, to avoid letting the side down, we’ve followed suit with our unique Organic Box Delivery Scheme. As well being able to order an extensive list of whole foods for direct delivery to your door, WOW! gives you the customer, the choice of how you would like to shop for your organic food:
How to Get Going With WOW! Box Scheme Once you have filled your details in on the register interest page, we will send you, via e-mail, a price list of the following weeks goods. On receipt you should specify your choices; the price list will calculate an approximate total price for your order. All you have to do then is send it back to us and await your delivery. Don’t worry if you get stuck… we are always on hand to help you out. At WOW! we prefer to use electronic ordering to reduce the impact on the environment. However if you require a paper price list, or wish to order over the telephone, we can oblige. The Small Print Bit Wow! Box Cancellation Policy We ask all customers to follow our cancelled box policy to reduce wastage, thus keeping costs down. All boxes are to be cancelled by Thursday evening in the week PRIOR to your delivery week. Failure to cancel will result in boxes being delivered and charged for. Wow! Return Box Policy Your produce will be delivered in a reusable cardboard box, which folds flat for easy storage. This box remains the property of Wow! and we kindly ask that it is either left out for collection on your next delivery, or returned to the café. Failure to do so will result in a standard charge of £5. Wow! Payment Policy Prompt payment of your box is always appreciated! You can pay by credit/debit card over the telephone, by cash or cheque on delivery, or pop into the café (and sample our delicious food whilst you are there!). All we ask is that you avoid the hours of 12pm-2pm, as we are generally very busy serving hungry diners. Payment for boxes in advance is not encouraged due to the unpredictable nature of seasonal produce. However, Wow! will accept lump sums upfront. Please ask for more details. Wow! Poor Produce Policy Whilst we try our hardest to supply top quality produce, occasionally the odd rogue spud or apple may stray into your box. Please carefully examine the contents of your delivery and report any complaints to us within 24hrs. We will endeavour to replace sub standard goods immediately, or compensate the following week.
